How can I receive regular updates about the new Collections Coming?

What is the minimum order quantity limit?
There is no minimum order quantity limit.
ORDERS:
Where is my Order?
Due to the current situation, this is the busiest time of year for our couriers and like us they continue to work under coronavirus restrictions.There are a limited number of deliveries that may take a little longer to reach you but please be assured that your order will be with you very soon.
Can I add items to the Existing Orders?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order once the order has been processed.
How will I know that you have received my Order?
Once your Order has been logged, you will receive an email containing the details of your Order. In this email you will be provided with a unique order ID, listing and price of the item (s) you have ordered and the expected delivery time.
Can I cancel my order after Confirmation?
At this moment, we do not provide this option. Once an order is confirmed, it goes to our warehouse for dispatch.
SHIPPING/DELIVERY:
Do you deliver Worldwide?
Yes, we offer our services Worldwide.
Do shipping charges vary with the weight of my order?
The cost of Shipping increases with the weight of the order. Please see our Shipping Policy located at the bottom of our Home page. We are currently offering Free UK Shipping on all orders over £100.
If I am wanting to order an item and the delivery option is too far ahead, would it be possible if I could click & collect?
Yes, our store is based in Preston. You can place an order of your desired item online and collect it from store using the Click & Collect option when checking out.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE:
Can I return my order in exchange for a refund if I change my mind?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on orders. Exchange or a Store Credit Note only.
What is a Store Credit Note?
If you would like to return your order and not wanting to exchange with another item, we offer a store credit which can be redeemed on your next purchase. Store Credits are valid for up to 2 months only.
I want to return my item what do I do?
Please read our Returns & Exchange Policy, located at the bottom of our Home Page.
What if I am not satisfied with my Purchase?
If your purchase is faulty, defective, damaged or does not match the original specifications for the product or is found to be not the same as you had originally purchased, you may notify us by filling in the ‘Contact us’ form. One of our representatives will make the best effort to facilitate you in the best way possible.
CUSTOM MADE ORDERS:
Do you do custom made orders?
Yes, we offer a custom made service. For more information visit us in store or send your enquiry using the ‘Contact us’ page.
How long does a Custom Order take to be made?
Custom Orders may vary, please allow a minimum of 6-8 Week. Due to COVID-19 situation, your orders may get delayed. Please allow extra time.

What if there is an error when placing my order?

In case of a technical issue on the website, is there any alternative to place an Order?
We encourage our customers to place all orders on our website. Our expert technical team ensures that our website functions efficiently at all times. However, in case there is a technical issue with the website, we would request our customers to bear with us and retry once the issue is resolved.
